 Freedom From Smoking Class, January 2012

 

New Year, Better Health:  Breathe Easier. Feel Better

The Westerly Hospital will offer a free smoking cessation program beginning in January 2012.  The Freedom From Smoking program will begin on Tuesday, January 3, 2011 from 6-7:30 pm in the Nardone Conference Center at The Westerly Hospital.  The seven-week, 8-class session program will be facilitated by Westerly Hospital respiratory therapists trained in the American Lung Association program. Participants will learn tools and strategies to recover from tobacco addiction and help them stay quit for good. 
 
Classes are limited to 15 participants, so please register early.
