Join Christine Gentry, RN, Complementary Therapy Program Coordinator, and learn about and experience a mind-body technique clinically proven to help you: feel calmer before surgery, a procedure, or chemotherapy; use less pain medication; help you heal faster; and reduce anxiety in everyday life.
Open to community members, nurses, physicians, and other caregivers.
