Joseph Heineman, MD, a board-certified urologist, loves the diversity that urology offers, from helping patients treat an enlarged prostate, also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), to those with kidney stones. In addition to general urology, Dr. Heineman specializes in BPH, kidney stone management and men's health. He is an expert in Aquablation, a minimally invasive surgical procedure to treat BPH, and laser lithotripsy to treat kidney stones.
Dr. Heineman earned his medical degree from the Boston University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and playing piano and pickleball.
