Westerly Hospital provides comprehensive rehabilitation for patients of all ages. Our therapists collaborate with physicians, nurses and other allied health professionals to deliver high-quality, individualized care including physical and occupational therapy and speech-language pathology services. Our therapists work with patients and families to deliver the most clinically effective rehabilitation. We are committed to ensuring every patient has the appropriate equipment and support in their discharge environment. A care plan is developed by the hospital team in close collaboration with the patient, family and/or caregivers.

Speech-language pathologists (SLP) work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
Our speech-language pathologists are committed to providing quality diagnostic and rehabilitative services. Our speech-language pathologists are highly trained and hold national certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. We provide services for a wide range of adult and pediatric disorders.
