Katie Gervasini, APRN, a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in gastroenterology, has a passion for delivering evidence-based, compassionate care to her patients with both acute and chronic digestive conditions. In addition to general gastroenterology, Katie has a special interest in colon cancer screening and prevention and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
Katie earned her master’s degree in nursing from the New England Institute of Technology. Her hobbies include staying active and spending time with her husband and two young children. Katie also organizes an annual fundraiser called "The Belly Button 5k" in memory of her son Anthony to support the Global Gastroschisis Foundation. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
