Jen Algiere, Westerly Hospital's Patient Resource Navigator, assists patients and families in a variety of ways, serving as a point of contact for information on hospital services, programs and providers.

Jen can provide assistance with:

• Locating a primary care provider who is accepting new patients
• Locating a provider in a specialty area including cardiology, podiatry, physical therapy and more
• Making connections with community resources and services
